C1100 T2 1/2H 99.90% Pure Copper Bus Bar / Copper Flat Bar

C1100 (Electrolytic Tough Pitch Copper) is pure Copper with a Copper content of over 99.90%Cu, 0.03% O2, and less than 50 ppm metallic impurities. It has a high electrical conductivity, in excess of 100% IACS. Copper busbars are used in electric power distribution, inside switchgear, panel boards, and busway enclosures for local high current power distribution. They can also connect high voltage equipment at electrical switchyards and low voltage equipment in battery banks. Not only does copper transport electricity more efficiently than other materials, but it is also resistant to corrosion and has a high thermal resistance that helps prevent overheating.
