Ceylon Cinnamon

Our native, premium Ceylon cinnamon trees are the source of our cinnamon. Based on their texture, the barks of these trees are shredded and categorized into different grades of cinnamon. There are eight distinct cinnamon grades available in our product. The greatest grade cinnamons are C5 Extra Special, C5 Special, and C5, because to their superb aromatic flavor and lighter color compared to others. The flavor and texture of C4 cinnamon are strong and slightly gritty. The most popular dish materials, M4 and M5, are slightly darker in color. The least utilized cinnamon grades are H1 and H2. All of these cinnamon grades are offered as powder or standard 10 cm, 12 cm, and 18 cm bark.
