Desiccated Coconut

Freshly selected coconuts are used to make our desiccated coconut. The coconut's fresh white flesh is scraped out, dried, and shredded into small fragments to create desiccated coconut with the ideal consistency. Many recipes call for these dried coconuts to give the coconut's nutty, fresh flavor. Due to their fresh flavor, they can be added to savory, sweet, and even cocktails and other beverages. For private labeling, large orders of our desiccated coconut are available. Depending on the application, our product comes in medium- to fine-grade desiccation.
