Passion fruit puree, Agrobar Pro

AGROBAR passion fruit puree is produced from the purple passion fruit variety grown in Nghe An province and the central highlands of Vietnam. The fruit is harvested between April and July. The pulp is used for cooking and the juice is squeezed out. Maracuja is truly a tropical fruit, as evidenced by its memorable flavor and aroma. A popular ingredient for cocktails, juices, lemonades and teas. *Possible to produce puree without added sugar. Unopened package is stored for 12 months at a temperature not exceeding -18 C at a relative humidity not exceeding 95 percent. After opening and defrosting, store at temperatures from 0 C to 5 C.
