Shin guards

One of the advised prevention strategies is the use of shin guards. Their major job is to shield the lower extremities' soft tissues and bones from outside impact. Shin guards help to diffuse energy and absorb shock, reducing the possibility of serious injury. A piece of protective gear called a shin guard or shin pad is worn on the front of an athlete's shin to prevent damage. Baseball, ice hockey, field hockey, lacrosse, cricket, association football, and mountain bike trails are among the sports that frequently use them. Under the pant legs, shin guards must be worn at all times. Your shin guards should fit beneath any pair of pants, even if you don't have special umpire plate pants. The straps' hooks and loops should always be on the outside of your leg when wearing shin guards.
