Shredded Cast Aluminum

American Shredder is an automobile shredder and produces zorba. From that zorba, North Texas Shredding refines the product by processing the zorba through a vertical hammer mill aluminum shredder, and then through two additional magnets, a high frequency eddy current, and finally through a Steinert XRT x-ray transmission. Our final product is a high-quality twitch with very low zinc, for which I have included the specs in this email. The product resulting from the Steinert XRT is new to many of the recycling markets and has been very well received by our existing customers. We produce over 500 tons per month of twitch, which we market in Mexico, Asia, and North America.
