Suitable for all retail stores or bakeries each box contains 3 x Tahitian Vanilla Beans packed within a food grade glass vial, and finished off in an eye catching cardboard recyclable box. Gluten Free GMO Free Vegan 100% Natural Palm Oil Free All of our Vanilla Beans are sourced from the Sepik Region of Papua New Guinea which is renown for producing some of the worlds best vanilla. Its all organically grown by small holder farmers who get above Fairtrade price for their vanilla. Our Grade A Tahitensis Vanilla beans are perfect in appearance, shiny straight beans, no split, no scar and very appealing to the eye. They are 18cm in length with a high moisture content 25%. Normally reddish brown or dark brown to black in colour with a high vanillin content perfect for baking. All of our vanilla beans are traditionally cured to develop the full, complex vanilla flavour made up of over 200 organic compounds which artificial vanilla cannot properly replicate. The entire process takes anywhere from 6 to 9 months after pollination. Once the beans are cured and ready we then grade them to ensure only the highest quality vanilla beans.
