Our fresh Green & Roasted Beans mix provides the ideal canvas for your coffee experimentation. Originating from the revered Vergara area of Cundinamarca, Colombia, these beans were grown at a pure 1580 meters above sea level (MASL). The completely washed process accentuates the natural flavors, just waiting for your roasting skills to release. We add some of our excellently medium-roasted Colombia Y Castillo blend for those looking for instant enjoyment. All ending in a smooth, creamy body, this roast brilliantly captures the natural citrous aromas, gentle caramel sweetness, and undertones of cocoa. For your chosen brewing technique, both the green and roasted beans are conveniently ground to a medium-coarse size (mesh 15–16).
